Sophie Sundt
Welcome! I'm Sophie Sundt, the owner of Sundt Fitness. I'm proud to be a lifelong St.Paulian and passionate about helping individuals in our community achieve their fitness goals.
Growing up, I’ll be honest, gym class was my least favorite subject, and healthy eating meant sacrificing flavor. After becoming a mom, as a young adult, and feeling the extra weight slow me down, I knew I had to make a change for myself and my growing family. That's when I started a journey of self-discovery through health and fitness.
Building a healthier lifestyle wasn't just about dropping pounds (although that was a perk), it was about creating sustainable habits that fueled my body and soul. I started to embrace healthy foods, and let me tell you, the feeling of accomplishment from regular workouts is incredible! Now, I love getting active with my husband and our four energetic kiddos. Whether it's strength training at the gym, conquering a family bike ride, or pushing myself on a solo run (or tackling a triathlon), exercise brings me joy and keeps me energized.
Over the past decade, my passion for fitness has become an unstoppable force. I'm fueled by helping others ignite their own journeys towards a healthier, happier life. So, if you're looking for support on your fitness journey, you know where to find me. At the heart of my training philosophy lies customized programming. I understand that no two individuals are alike. Offering a combination of in-person training and online training allows me to ensure that I build a personalized program based on your fitness needs, assessments and goals that are sustainable. Whether your goal is to shed a few pounds, build lean muscle, enhance athletic performance, optimize movement quality or simply adopt a healthier lifestyle, I'm here to provide tailored solutions and unwavering support as we work together.
